All customers with a pre-order license will need to follow the steps below to get access to GeN4. Also note that you will not be able to run both GeN3 and GeN4 simultaneously and that you may only convert your account to GeN4 until February 14th.

To convert your account from GeN3 to GeN4 follow these steps:
1. Go to GeN4 Order Form.
2. Scroll down and click Continue to order or learn more ».
3. Scroll down and click Add to Cart next to the Lifetime license.
4. Click checkout.
5. Select "I am a new customer."
6. FILL IN THE DETAILS EXACTLY AS THEY ARE IN YOUR OLD ACCOUNT. You can still access your old account here: PTCPay.Com! Your official source for the GeN3 PTC Script..
7. Click Continue at the bottom.
8. Once you reach the page with the payment options, stop.
9. Send an email to support@ptcpay with the title: GeN3 to GeN4. Include the name and email of your old(GeN3) and new(GeN4) account. Also include your GeN3 license and forum username.
10. You will get a new GeN4 license in your account and your GeN3 license will be deleted.
