GeN3 Addons Still Available/Developing

Wanted to make everyone aware that gen3 add-ons are still available and new ones will still be developed by me and added to the growing list of additions for the script.

The bug thread for gen3 which contains all of the fixes for the last/latest version of the gen3 script (1.4) is still here, just has been moved along with all other gen3 threads to the Archives. If you need the bug fixes installed in your site, I can do for $5.00 each. There are a total of 6 bugs.

Here is the list of additions available currently for your gen3 script:

1) Secure admin area – 128bit encrypted, before your admin area will be available for input to get into your admin panel a pop up will come, which will have a username and a password field. If this is not filled in, no access will be granted to enter the username/password to get into the admin panel. This is encrypted meaning: What the password shows, is not what it actually is. = $10 (with install = $15)



2) DDos Protection – Notifies you to your email address with the offenders ip address/useragent/date/time/ when triggered. Settings can be manually adjusted to match any server config, can tune up or tune down the protection to meet your needs. When more then X amount of requests come from a single ip address, it kicks in and blocks the offender with a stop screen which prevents from further requests from pinging the system. = $15 (with install = $20)



3) Maintenance Mode – When editing, designing, moving your site, upgrading, updating or similar, you can pause your site on a maintenance page which can be edited to fit your needs. All ip’s except for yours will be directed to this page no matter what url they type which has to do with your site. This comes with two functions=site maintenance, and forum maintenance. You can turn on one or both, they redirect to separate pages which can be designed to match your site or specific wants/needs. This is turned on and off via the admin area. In your header on both forum/site will display a banner which lets you know your currently in maintenance mode so you do not forget. (dedi ip suggested, or you will have to manually change it in the t.php file in your themes and in your header.php file in your forum when your ip changes) = $15 (with install = $20)



4) Ultimate .htaccess file – It has and does everything possible. Some of which is preventing tor servers from reaching your site, blocking many types of blocked/anonymous proxy’s, blocking bad user-agents, [CONFIRMED: DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF JAP], [CONFIRMED: DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF TOR SERVERS], the ability to redirect bad users/hackers to any site you want (I have is set as a really bad hacker site which infects on arrivial), this is used for people who are trying to do your site harm. Unfortunately you will find some of these people when your operating a ptc. This is just some of what it does, too big to list it all..lol, average .htaccess file is around 46bytes at max some are 500bytes, this one is 46,000bytes. = $10 (with install = $15)



5) Manage User Rights – This add-on not only shows you who has rights to what (members), but also shows you’re their last ip and their last date active on your site. It also gives the option to edit their rights/privileges the same screen. This is used because you can assign mods/forum admins/and users with admin rights. This add-on manages them all. Without, once you assign rights, you can not manage the users who have rights…you’ll have to look at every users record one by one to find who has what rights, when they were last active, ect. This is used my many sites to manage their moderators activitiy on the site. = $10 (with install = $15)



6) Search ip’s location/map/extra info – I can add a search feature for you to be able to search any troubled ip’s which come up. If you have a doubt about where what comes from or want the ability to geo map out an ip/users location, this add-on is for you. (installed = $5)



7) Cash-out Pin - This adds a cash-out-pin feature to your members personal preference. It can be turned on or off via the admin panel, if activated, it requires users to make a 4 digit code (alpha numeric) before they can access the cash-out page. Once set, it can't be changed, it shows as password (****) input but can not be edited. (if turned on) Once entering the cash-out page, the password input will appear. Once entered, the user has 2 minutes to cash-out (2 min expire cookie for added security), or will be booted from the cash-out page (not logged out of the site, only the cash-out page). = $20 (with install = $25)



8) Mass Mailer - Mass mail all of your members in one shot. They will all receive the same message to their email address. $15 (with install = $20)



9)Option To Ban Members From The Forum - Ban members from your forum easily from your admin area. Only area affected is their forum rights. $10 (with install = $15) NEW!!!



10)Site/Member Statistical Banner - Display statistical information about your site, and your members statistical data also. Displays the following: [MY BALANCE] , [RECEIVED] ' [REFS FOR RENT] , [TOTAL ADS] , [TOTAL MEMBERS] , [PAID OUT]. I uploaded what it looks like on this thread, check it out!!. $20 (with install = $25) NEW!!!

showmeurgoods is a really good coder, and these mods needs only a small modification and wroks well at GeN4.

Thank you very much for the compliment . I'll be installing this next release of gen4 and will begin on converting (as you know, only needs small modifications) my add-ons to gen4, and also will determine the range of future additions I will be developing.

I work on many gen3 sites privately so development of additions for it will also continue. Every addon will have a gen3 and a gen4 version to it.

nice list of mods coming along there, number 9 is also a good mod for people using the built-in forums.
