So what I made it from PSD image

I have in plan to buy few templates from Dreamtemplate with unique licence and made GeN4 themes from those templates

All templates I'm using for this are bought and I have licences

And it's Unique GeN4 theme not Unique HTML template

The problem is that theme is comes from ThemeForest, and I know that designer who made the original one, and sure that you didn't buy the extended license, so you have NO RIGHTS to sell it to anyone, if you bought it you can use personal use only.

And what did you made from .PSD, that coded design can be purchased from $14.00 USD and you wanna sell as "Unique" for $299.00, you just modify the header and footer...

Then try just to modifly header and footer and you will see what you will get.

I modiflied all css and all gen4 theme files because this template have different wrapper and you can't add sql callbacks in html, there is a lot of stuff changed but you can't see it until you try to do it

I know how much work needed to implement a design, because I'm currently working on some as well. That's why I didn't said that you didn't work on it, just said that your implementation costs $285.00 USD for a design what it is not yours, and non-unique, because you can't say that the design, which has been purchased 131 times directly from themeforest...not forget that until you show a valid proof, that you buy extended license for $600.00 USD, you have no rights to sell that design (User Terms and Conditions - ThemeForest).
