new feature addon for GeN4!

Here's something i've been working on,
- Members can get paid to bring hits to your GeN4 site!
Get credited once per IP who visits your site via a referral link.

- Members have a new page in account panel where they can see recent hits to
their referral links / banners, with earning statistics & visitor information.
- Make your members get more traffic to your site.
- optional proxy check (slow) and referral link.
- change rates depending on if a direct link was used or
the visitor comes from another website.
- show global revenue statistics on front page,
- show private revenue statistics in account panel.
- let them earn money directly into account/rental balance or new traffic revenue balance.

No backend config for it atm.
