Amount necessary to creat a sucessfull ptc

Hello

I'm thinking in a near future open a ptc business.

But I have some issues about finances...

How much is necessary to open a sucessful ptc??

5k usd is enough??

And what about profits?? For example, I'm a owner of a sucessful ptc with 50k members, how much can I profit daily??

Yes, i think 5k is enough, just to get it set up has cost me over $400 so far with script, vps hosting, i also am to stupid to figure out how to install it with direction so i had to pay some guy $15 to do it for me :P, but yes i do believe you will be fine with 5k.

As for profits, all depends on the click rates and number of advertisements you get, of course if you spend a long time everyday looking for advertisers you will do good. The more members you have the better, shows advertisers they will actually get fast advertising, also the more members you have the more likely members are to post ads. Basically all im trying to say is it depends....

To create a PTC, you need some money to pay script (and installation and design if you don´t know how to do it), 5k is a good amount, I think it´s too much, but all depends of the advertise that you make to your PTC, the amount of users and the ratings per click, click ref...

The earnings depends of what the users and advertisers buy, so maybe you can earn a lot or nothing.

Apart of that, some things you need are:
-New and Different Design
-Good and Sustainable Click and Advertise Ratings (If you need help with this tell me or read in this sub-forum my response in ratings)
-Some time daily and dedication

I'm planning to creat my own ptc next year, but now I am already making plans. I think the worst problem is create "a new and different design".

Some time ago I saw image showing profit status of a ptc - buxwiz, I don't know if that was true, 5...6k profit montly Do you think is possible making a great profit like this?? I know it depends of many factors.

Well, about the design, I make customized designs, I try to make the design the most near possible to what the customer wants, no all the people have the same like, so all the designs are differents. Contact for that if you want.

About the profit, as you say, depends of many factors, before earn any money, you have to make a good reputation, without reputation the people won´t invest, so maybe in the firsts months you´ll receive not too much money, but you will earn reputation and your site will grow and you´ll have more posibilities of earn more money.
I think that 5, 6 k profit monthly isn´t real, one thing is the money that enter in the PTC and other is the money left when you make the operation "Money In - Money Out" and you need to think that you´ve to reserve money to pay the users. You can make profit with a PTC with a good advertise and reputation, but you need to make a money & time invest.
You´ve to evalute the risk, the pros and the contras and have all the action plan well thought.

I recomend you to include in your PTC something new or different, something interesting that the users like, think about it and develope your ideas, people want to see different things, new things. Only a recomendation

Making a simple math, let's supose I have 50k members and each member generetes 0.002 usd profit daily.. it's 100 usd daily and 3k montly I would stay very happy with this profit.

The problem is that isn´t like that.

Imagine this:
0.01$ per click
0.005$ per click ref premium
1000 visits: 20$

Then: (20$/1.034)-0.35= 19$ /// (0.01+0.005)*1000= 15$
So in this case you would earn 4$, but if there are no advertisers, you would have to pay those 15$ of your own pocket. So if you´ve advertisers you earn good and without problems, but if not, control your own advertises, don´t put too much own advertises or the sistem will fall in debt. Other factors can be include: Minimum, Members that go out before request payment. So the system can go on .

You only take care about this things, and remember that 50k members don´t mean neccesary that you´ll earn a lot of money, but with a good reputation and well thought rates you can earn a good profit, maybe not that profit you say but a possitive profit.

I´m admin of my PTC since 1 year, so I´d time to think about lot of things like this ^^.

Another question, for those who onws your own ptc:

1. It's very difficult to get "permanent" advertisers for your ptc (fixed ads) ???

2. And get referrals??

1- Yes, because the advertisers buy an determinated amount of clicks, and when remains, maybe the advertiser not renove the advertisement.

2-Well, as you advertise your PTC, you obtain referrals that you can after sell if you want.

3-Well, I started with not too much money my PTC, but I'd 200$ in paypal and money in bank.
As I made my own design, installation and so on, I didn't need to pay another one to do it. But maybe if you don't know how to do it is better to take on someone that knows about this world, because you'll need time to know about the different features of a PTC and maybe you'll have some issues, that someone that have a PTC since time, already know how to fix.
Also, If you buy Gen3 (I'm using Gen2), you'll need the amount of money that it cost.
