Refund Protect is a great service although it does prove to have "Some" set backs as there are those legitimate users who get ripped off.
The best defense especially with paypal charge backs is your sites Terms Of Service as it sets a legally binding contract between the site members who use your site and youself. It is equally important to know paypals Terms of Service especially the fact that if you mention that the persons purchase was online goods, or intangible goods, or that they purchased a service (PTC is Advertising which makes it a Service), paypal has no policy on these types of purchases and there for cannot make a decision against you.
This defense should only be used by legitimate PTC owners who do not scam their users.
As for Charge backs made by persons claiming fraudulent purchases, it is automatically escalated and you cannot issue a refund from paypals website. In this case, It is best if you call paypals customer support and tell them to issue a refund on that purchase, this closes your case instantly and you do not have to worry about it again.
