Some parts of GeN4 are encrypted and it requires Source Guardian loader to run, unless you have purchased 'Ultimate' version of GeN4, which is unencrypted. The list above does not include Source Guardian, so you should ask your hosting team if they could install it for you.

I dont have sourcegurardian installed on my dedicated server and gen4 runs fine.
