License features doubts

if i buy the annual license ($89), can i add new php features or modify the existing ones to the script?
Can i create new pages or make new unique template? Could i fix bugs?

Or to do these things, i have to buy open source version?

I am not sure if you can edit the script without having the Ultimate License.
But the template can be change, you can make your own and apply it.

For the bugs, PTCPay offers you 6 months free updates.
Or you can fix it on your own if you know how.

Yes you can pay it through paypal then use your credit card. I forgot to tell you that if you want to add new features you will need a coder.

Due to the coding is 99% open, you have free will/choice to do as you see fit to make your dream become reality.

You can modify functions/manipulate functions/features, make a new template, or edit/revamp the original. If you have any other questions let me know.

Updates come out every 2 months with new add-ons, features, functions, and if any do end up popping up, ... bug fixes. Development does not stop with GeN4, it is one of the most advanced scripts on the market today, with the most advanced coding available.
