Hello,

I have a problem with the installation script. When I'm on page automatic installation of the script, I insert all the details and my license and when I validate the form, I have the following error:

Duplicate entry '1' for key 1

How do I do?

This likely has to do with your database installment. You might have uploaded the database twice. That's the only place I can figure having this error

Thats correct,

If this is your first time installing Gen$, make a new database and run the installer

Thank you for your answers. The installation has been completed successfully but now I have another error message on my site:

extension_dir does not exist: /usr/lib64/php/modules

I use a dedicated server with Plesk and the latter to the latest version of PHP and MySQL.

This error comes from what?

Also, Plesk doesnt work well with sourceguardian or GeN4 at that matter.

You can ask your host for help setting up your server, It should be free your hosting is managed.

Just by clicking on the first link it will tell you sourceguardian isnt installed properly.

Ask your web host to install for you.

It is not possible, do not install on our machines. It is not intended on my server type.
