sorry about the delay, got really busy. I'll get on to it straight away.
The server has been configured for running your GeN4 site, just waiting for you to come online to get the database transferred over and nameservers pointed to the new server this has to be done while your online to avoid too much downtime of your site.

i fell like i just got robbed for 30 dollars from you paid you over a week ago
you tell me server all ready but every day i get emails that there is an error in cpanel
when i gave you the money you told me it would be set up that day then i send you all kinds of pm, stayed online all day and night waiting for you and then you finally come on today and send me pm and then your gone 2 minutes late
to all ptcpay members i would not pay this guy untill he has done the work as he will not refund my money and has done nothing for me but make me sit around and wait in hopes that it would get set up
day after day i had to keep up dating my site think he would move my server and i did want member to worry if site was down

Just to let everyone and todd know, I completed most the work which took around 3 and a half hours all up to install cpanel and configure it to run a GeN4 site. it would of only took 10minutes to transfer the site over to the vps. Now I was online everyday apart from maybe 1 waiting for todd to come on so that his site wouldn't be down for too long.

We are on very different timezones and can't always be on at the time we say we may be. Also I was never notified about any error emails from cpanel.
