Default Questions

Hi I have a few questions that i haven't been able to find an answer for.

#1. In relation to the bots it is stated that in the FAQ "There are two versions of the bots. One clicks ads as in the physical since." Does this statement suggest that the bots will actually click an advertisement and therefore count towards a click that an advertiser has purchased? For example if an advertiser buys 100 clicks and bots do 50 clicks does that mean that the advertiser only has 50 more clicks? And if this is so how can this be justified to the advertiser? Are they not told this? Is this an understood industry standard?

#2. Could someone please explain to me how having bots available to our users on our sites if we choose is profitable? I just don't see the profitability of this. I understand that they are renting them but from what I can see the only way for it to be profitable is if the person renting the bots loses money which means they wont rent for very long or if the bots actually click advertisements which will lower the amount of clicks available to the users of the sites and at the same time would mean less traffic for the advertiser which I think would be a turn off for them and kill the site.

I'm not trying to act dumb or cause any fights I just don't understand these things and would like some clarification. Thanks.

1# Yes, that is correct, we use the non click version.

2#. You can configure the click averages and other such options, like when they stop clicking, if they stop clicking, if they click on wednesdays, etc etc. So if you set an avg or 0.75, the user will never profit. OR you can set a combitnation of 0.75 for botsa# and 1.1 for botsb#
