Error Log, Blank Pages, Admin Login, etc...

Hey guys it's been days since I sent an e-mail to support@ptcpay.com with my payment proof so I could get access to the forums for users who have purchased Gen3. Still haven't received an e-mail so maybe admin can check that out for me.

I have re-installed and re-installed this script from scratch each time deleting everything even the database that was created and recreated it. Tried the Auto install and Manual install manual.

Every time I go to navigate any part of the site it sometimes goes to a blank white page in Firefox got to keep refreshing to get it to finally load. Does the same thing throughout the whole site. Sometimes it does it sometimes it don't but it's very frequent about every other 2 clicks to another page or so.

Same issue when going to mysite.com/admin to login I get white/blank page I click refresh and it comes up I try logging in and all I get sometimes is a message like "verifying please wait" it freezes on that page and does nothing. Then sometimes it logs in but to a white/blank page which you have to refresh. Then sometimes it doesn't do anything after you try logging in and just sits at the login page. Once you get access into the admin area, when you navigate to other parts of the back office you get the same white/blank page while having to refresh the page multiple times sometimes just once to get it to load correctly. Weird...

Maybe someone can help me...giving me a headache been working on it since yesterday. Reinstalled multiple times and still no fix.

Were the permissions and database setup correctly? Please pm me details and if possible provide me your hosting details so that i can check further.
