As you know , i'm running now since one year online, so I decided to explain my error and my success to help you in this success!


First of all : Do never offer what you cannot afford to lose!
E.g , you decide to offer membership, yes that's good, you think it doesn't cost you anything or not much!
That's not true, each upgrade or rented ref cost you more than you think. Imagine you offer a golden pack value 90$ to someone, you lose already 90$ , but you loose XX% of the advertising clic value too , and the users who got that might need to get referrals etc, so you must calculate EVERYHING before doing something.

but, How to start having investissement is the major question no?
Fist of all , your website must have a good name , something that sounds pro. Something else than i have, cause if your website sounds just fun, people will be scare about staying with you and it will take much more time.
You need to have a great design too. A good design is something you will need as soon as you do the beta.
You can find some great designer for cheap here, like I-vinci or even Trishah. they both works really good on designing. You need to see what kind of design you want, it's not the designer who will tell you what to do. They can suggest you btw.

Second things, having a great support team. First things to do while in beta is to build your moderator team.
Having an active forum will help you to get more activities. People seems to be more safe to invest or participate when admin say hello on forum, When he is there To support AND to anime!.
Show you are human, don't hire yourself behind Admin tag.

Now you got the design, the good name , you need to set the rates and the price of everything.
Never forget that the price of your advertissement is what will bring you safe revenue in the future.
But fixing a too high price is not good cause advertisers will not inveszt 50000$ for some clics.
You need to think about the fact that you have fee on payment processor! Never forgot that.

for rate per clic, don't attract people with 0.05$/clic , that doesn't work, people will just clic and wait their payout, and not investing because having a high cpc is the best way to seems to be a scam at first look!

If you don't know what rate to set, just calculate, look around etc. IT's not because you have a great cpc rate that your websiote will stay long. that's the opposite.

For upgrade, they don't need to have the double of the cpc too. ad advantage but think always about advertising price , cause, in the beginning, your website will cost you the clics( you don't start with extern advertiser : look next point)


In, to start, Try to do something attractive for other admin, like banner exchange 2:1 They advertise you for 1 month and you for 2. they will better accept because you have no members.
You need to advertise just a little to have a presence.
Don't forgot that the faster you grow the more work you have! Growing fast will result as unexpected issue.
But growing too slowly will cost your bux.

You need to have a good business plan too.
Making pionner membership is a good way. During the beta testing ( 1-2 week is enough , just to test things, fix issue and price.) Don't forget to say it's beta and that the account will be resetted to 0 ( direct ref will stay etc)

payment processors
Paypal is really harsh, that's the main processor but they can limit you like they did for onbux, globo, rasta etc without real reason! All were business verified!
What you need to do about your paypal is to create another one, where you keep 1/3 of your revenue per week. That way, if you get limited by any reason , you still have something to help.
Alertpay have high fee but they do not suspend
Liberty reserve is good , cause no claims, but not much invest in.

You need to keep as much money as you can. During the 3 first month, cause you will probably have ALOT of money comin in the first month but remember that the money comin need to go out too and that's not always on the same time.

Ok once all this has been done, it's time to get a lot of members and to start earning.

What about getting advertisers. What is a good sustainable way to get advertisers to your program. You could always exchange with other programs but we need real advertisers. Posting at forums , too much competition. Why would someone advertise at your program vs a bigger program? Cheaper cant always be good.

Cheaper can 't allways bne good, that's right. That's why you need to be unique. My website is one of the biggest right now.
because i choose something unique as design, name and money management. Now you see that even incrasebux admin has took my clic rates to get on his new ptc ( bigtime...).
in, you need to make some attractive promo like : RastaBux Promotions
getting something professionnal is always good!
