You need to purchase a Gen4 License in order to have it. After purchase, you can download it on client area.

But, if you already bought a Gen4 license and your download has expired, you can renew it for $39

If you have paid, then your access is available via the client area. If you can not locate it/get into the client area login, I will need to see your payment proof.

It says My download access expired on 02/01/2011. and i dont want to pay more to get download acess for what i bought with the promiss of lifetime

are you sure you paid for lifetime and not year?
