Refund Policy

PTCPay.Com only offers refunds for faulty services. Please check the cases below for more details.

1. You may request a refund for the installation of a script before we install it, but not once installation is completed.

2. We offer refunds for faulty scripts within 30 days of purchase.

3. Any type of dispute or chargeback will result in permanent license suspension.

4. Custom work is eligible for a refund if not completed on time. Please note that holidays and weekend do not count in the timeframe.

5. We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy as we see fit.
