| 1. You may request a refund for the installation of a script before we install it, but not once installation is completed. |
| 2. We offer refunds for faulty scripts within 30 days of purchase. |
| 3. Any type of dispute or chargeback will result in permanent license suspension. |
| 4. Custom work is eligible for a refund if not completed on time. Please note that holidays and weekend do not count in the timeframe. |
| 5. We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy as we see fit. |
